All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times

- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 5–12 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. PawJoy cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
